How to Deposit

We accept deposits from AT, MTN and Telecel. We are working to offer other options for other payment providers in the near future.

Online Deposit

1. Step 1: Select the Payment Method you wish to use;
2. Step 2: Enter the amount you wish to deposit into your account in the given text fields;
3. Step 3: Click on the "Submit" button;
4. Step 4: You will be prompted to follow instructions on your mobile phone to complete the transaction. If this is successful, the money will be credited to your account.

If you have initiated a deposit via MTN and did not receive a prompt to approve it, please follow the below steps:

1. Step 1: Dial *170#
2. Step 2: Select Option 6; My Wallet
3. Step 3: Select Option 3; My Approvals
4. Enter PIN to view pending approvals and approve or decline payment.

Kindly note that you can only use the same mobile number as your Bingobets account's to top up.

All deposits via mobile money are completely free!

Bank Card (Card Deposit)

1. In relation to Bank Cards, customers can make deposits using bank cards such as Visa and Mastercard
2. To deposit using a Bank card:
3. Step 1: Simply go to “Me” and Click on “Deposit”
4. Step 2: Select Card. Enter your card details (Card Number, Expiry date of card, CVV number). Please Note- CVV number is a 03 digit code at the back of the card. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click on the “Submit” option.
5. Step 3: Select the verification channel to receive the One Time Authorization Code - Email or Phone and click on “Continue”.
6. Step 4: Enter your PIN or OTP which was sent to your mobile number/ email (depends on the verification channel selected) and complete the transaction.
7. Your deposit is successfully credited to your Bingobets account.

How to Withdraw

To withdraw your winnings, simply go to the "Profile Icon" and click on "Wallet" then click on "Withdrawal".

1. Step 1: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your account;
2. Step 2: You will have to check if the given information for the withdrawal account is correct. If all details are correct, click on the "Confrim" button;
3. Step 3: Your withdrawal was successful. The money will be credited to your account.

How to Play Sports

1. You can choose the corresponding match on the homepage to place a bet, or click on "Sports" to enter the event list.
2. You can choose from different type of Sports, leagues and different times to filter.
3. Browse ongoing live betting matches or Pre-match matches to place a bet.
4. Choose events you wish to play and select the odds by clicking on them. The chosen selections (no more than 50) will be automatically added to the betslip.
5. The amount of a Total Stake must always be between GHS 1-100,000. The value of every single stake should be no less than GHS 1. Click on "Place Bet" and "Confirm" the bet to place it.
6. A message will be displayed to inform whether a bet has been successfully placed or not

How to Play Live Betting

1. Tap on "Live Betting" at the Home page.
2. Select a specific sport you would like to bet on. Sports include Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, etc.
3. Select a live match if you wish to check the real-time changes of such a match. Statistics and the match tracker are available for your reference.
4. The market list is displayed under a selected a match.
5. Choose events you wish to play and select the odds by clicking on them. The chosen selections (no more than 50) will be automatically added to the betslip.
6. A message will be displayed to inform whether a bet has been successfully placed or not.

How to play Virtual

1. Select an available event. You may bet on any match event after the current one.
2. You can select any bet option for all available matches. Click on the odds relating to bet you wish to place.
3. The betslip with your selection will open. Once you have made all your selections, enter the stake in the betslip and click on "Place Bet". After Confirmation, your bet will be placed
4. If you win the bet, your winnings will automatically be credited to your account.
5. To see the list of your Virtual Football bets, please go to Sports page and click on "MY BETS ICON" next to "LIVE". You will find a list of all bets you have placed. Also you can find details in the "Bets History".

How to view My Transactions

1. Log into your account and click on the "Profile Icon".
2. Select "Transactions" to view your transaction details
3. Select the desired transaction category from the tab "Transactions" on the top.

How to view My Bets

1. Log into your account and click on "Me".
2. To see Sports bets & Virtual wagers, click on "Bets History".
3. To see results of Sports bets & Virtual wagers, click on "football icon" to redirect you to sports page.
4. Click on "My Bets Icon" next to "Live” on the top left.
5. Select the desired category from the tab " My Bets" to view Open, Settled, Won, Lost, Cashout
